The business was founded as ‘S Lawrence Coaching & Consulting’ in 2021 by Sarah Lawrence, now co-Managing Director, following 16-years as a specialist senior product leader in the Financial Services industry, working for global and UK banks. Following successful growth and development in the business, Anna Maddox formally became co-Managing Director in the business in 2024 and we re-branded to CopperWave. Sarah and Anna had previously worked, consulted and studied together on a range of programmes. Anna’s rich and extensive experience and expertise across diverse sectors (local government, pharmaceuticals, bio-tech, sales, not-for-profit) complements CopperWave’s growing business ambitions.

CopperWave has a team of  senior associates and associates with extensive world-class training and experience in coaching, group facilitation, leadership development and behavioural change, and who bring a wealth of real-world experience from their executive and senior roles across multiple industries and organisations.
